RESPONSIBILITIES
Record and categorize daily financial transactions across all accounts
Reconcile bank and credit card statements with 100% accuracy
Handle accounts payable and receivable with precision
Process payroll and maintain related reports
Generate monthly profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
Track ad spend, budget allocations, and profitability across departments
Maintain clean, audit-ready records and reports
Assist in preparing documents for tax filing and year-end close
Collaborate with the leadership team to support financial planning
Suggest ways to improve financial systems and workflows

ABOUT YOU
You have 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
You’ve worked in remote teams and handled books for service-based businesses
You’re fluent in QuickBooks Online and know your way around reconciliations
You’re detail-obsessed — every penny matters
You’re comfortable managing multiple accounts and staying organized
You communicate clearly, proactively, and professionally
You can meet deadlines, work independently, and take initiative
You’re hungry to learn, improve systems, and grow in your career
You understand how accurate financials help drive business growth
