This job requires, at a very minimum:
1. Proven experience and independence in managing
2. Ability to strategize and optimize campaigns to deliver optimal ROI.
3. Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to drive campaign decisions.
4. Strong communication skills and confidence on camera for client interactions and team collaboration via zoom calls.
5. Demonstrated understanding of the evolving paid traffic landscape, industry trends and changes in the last year.
6. Empathetic and client-centric approach to campaign management.
7. Experience with virtual and in-person event marketing is a plus.
8. Knowledge of other digital advertising platforms is beneficial.
9. Familiarity with creative collaboration for ad content alignment.
10. Ability to mentor and guide junior tea
11. A portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and growth metrics.
12. Availability on some weekends for campaign launches, monitoring and optimization.
A perfect candidate would also have (these are NOT required; just preferred):
1. Experience with Google Ads and other social media platforms.
2. Familiarity with event marketing strategies.
3. Proven success in managing multi-million-dollar campaign budgets.
4. Team Leadership in the media buying projects, contributing innovative insights.
5. Ability to creatively adapt to market changes and trends.
6. Passion for staying updated on industry shifts and best practices.
*Strong analytical skills a plus but not required
