- Creative Copywriting & Content Creation (3+ years experience): Craft compelling and on-brand messages that engage customers, enhance brand loyalty, and drive conversions.
- Leverage

- A/B Testing & Performance Optimization: Continuously test and optimize campaigns to maximize open rates, click-throughs, and ROI, embracing a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance, analyze customer behavior, and turn insights into actionable strategies for ongoing growth.
- Proven ability to significantly increase
- Demonstrated ability to explore and expand into additional revenue-generating channels, such as social media marketing and beyond.
- Strategic Segmentation & Targeting: Create personalized

Day-to-day responsibilities
- Develop, design, and send targeted
