Luxmery is a fast-growing fashion brand, selling in over 40 countries and expanding rapidly, thanks to our small team of superstars. We have an active email list of 80k – this is a huge opportunity for someone to grow the revenues from our email list and earn attractive performance bonuses.

This role is ideal for a highly skilled Email Marketer who excels at copywriting, email design, and delivering impactful campaigns. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling email content, designing visually engaging templates, and driving customer engagement to support our growth. About the Role:
As an Email Marketer at Luxmery, you will be at the forefront of crafting and executing impactful email campaigns that drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue growth.

In this role, you will create compelling email content, design visually engaging templates, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including design, product, and sales, to align email strategies with business objectives. Your work will directly influence customer retention, conversion rates, and the overall success of our rapidly growing E-commerce brand.

About You:
- Expert Email Campaign Management (3+ years experience):Lead targeted, high-converting campaigns from concept to execution, consistently delivering measurable results.
- Creative Copywriting & Content Creation (3+ years experience): Craft compelling and on-brand messages that engage customers, enhance brand loyalty, and drive conversions.
- Leverage email marketing to enhance Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) by driving repeat purchases and fostering long-term customer relationships.
- Improve LTV through community building
- A/B Testing & Performance Optimization: Continuously test and optimize campaigns to maximize open rates, click-throughs, and ROI, embracing a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance, analyze customer behavior, and turn insights into actionable strategies for ongoing growth.
- Proven ability to significantly increase email marketing revenue through strategic campaigns and data-driven optimizations.
- Demonstrated ability to explore and expand into additional revenue-generating channels, such as social media marketing and beyond.
- Strategic Segmentation & Targeting: Create personalized email journeys using advanced segmentation to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.
- Email Deliverability Expertise: Ensure high inbox placement, mitigate deliverability issues, and comply with best practices and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- In-depth Understanding of Email Compliance: Stay ahead of evolving regulations to ensure all email marketing efforts are legally compliant while maintaining customer trust.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the fashion or E-commerce industry preferred, with a proven ability to adapt strategies to fit fast-growing, high-performance brands like Luxmery.
- Not required but a huge plus if you have prior experience in Email Design & HTML/CSS - design visually stunning and responsive email templates that captivate and convert, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Day-to-day responsibilities
- Develop, design, and send targeted email campaigns that engage customers, promote products, and drive conversions.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize email marketing revenue, leveraging customer insights and performance metrics.
- Track key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to measure success and identify areas for optimization.
- Continuously test subject lines, content, and design elements to improve campaign effectiveness and drive better results.
- Implement email strategies that boost Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) by driving repeat purchases and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
- Identify and implement opportunities to diversify revenue streams, including exploring social media marketing and other growth channels.
- Segment and maintain email lists to ensure personalized, relevant content reaches the right audiences.
- Work closely with product, design, and sales teams to align email marketing strategies with overall brand goals and product launches.
- Ensure high inbox placement rates and adherence to email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Regularly update and optimize email templates to ensure they remain fresh, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
