Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support day-to-day operations related to data entry, payroll, employee time tracking, and vendor management including delivery tracking. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Review, prioritize, and summarize
Assist in payroll tasks including tracking employee hours, calculating wages, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
Review, verify, and enter employee timesheet data into our system, addressing discrepancies as needed.
Maintain accurate records by entering relevant data into systems such as QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and databases.
Track incoming and outgoing deliveries, communicate with vendors, and follow up on late or missing deliveries.
Input financial data and manage basic bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks.
Required Technical Skills and Experience:
Experience processing payroll and managing employee timesheets with attention to detail and accuracy.
High accuracy in data entry and proficient in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis.
Experience tracking deliveries, managing vendor communications, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and adaptable to new software tools.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quick adaptability to new software solutions.
• Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
Previous experience in an administrative, payroll, or accounting role is a plus.
Basic Skills:
• Familiarity with web research using search engines like Google.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Compensation and Benefits:
• $5/hour
Work Schedule and Holidays:
• Full-time position: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time (4pm to 12 midnight PH time) with an unpaid break of 1 hour.
• After the 6-month probation period, you will qualify for 12 days of holiday or sick pay per year (1 day per month), not accumulative for the following year.
• All UK bank holidays will be paid.
