Sustaining Technical Employee

1. Maintain valid qualifications necessary for PCAB compliance.
2. Prepare the company documentation and submission of documentation required for PCAB verification processes.
3. Conduct market research related to the construction industry and support business development.
4. Sign relevant documents and assist administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Applicant should have a minimum of 1 year work experience in the completion of building construction projects counted from date of securing his/ her PRC license.
2. Applicant should be a Civil Engineer with a valid PRC license.
3. Has a Certificate of completion for a 40-hour Construction Occupational Safety and Health seminar.
4. Can take initiative and work autonomously.
5. Capable of working independently.
6. Not currently STE.
