Hi,

we are an event agency based in Barcelona. We focus on services for exhibtions and trade fairs in Barcelona. Here is a little guideline what we are looking for:

TASK 1

We already generated a list (excel list attached) of all exhibtions (trade fairs) that take place in Barcelona in 2017. In total we listed 41 exhibtions. We need the direct contact person of each company that participate at one of those exhibtions.
In this excel list you will find a link that leads you to the contact details of the company for each exhibtion.

At some exhibtions there is no direct contact stated. In this case you will have to do some research on the company´s homepage. If there is no direct contact listed, please use the email of the marketing department or service

Furthermore you will find in the attached excel list examples how we want the exhibitor contact subdivided. We divide the exhibitors into English, German or Spanish speaking companies:

German: Germany, Austria, Switzerland
Spanish: Spain, Central and south amerika (Except Brasil)
English: the rest

In German we subdivde into the following:
Male ( Herr NAME)
Female ( Frau NAME)
Neutral ( COMPANY NAME team)

Spanish:
Male
Female

English
All together (no subdivision)

This is a long term project but we need the first lists as soon as possible. Please let me kow if this project is what you are looking for.
