Video Editor

About the Role:
I am looking for a skilled Video Editor to join my team and support video production for a UK-based real estate agency, Neil King. This role primarily involves editing property virtual tours, but may also include other types of content such as case study videos, testimonials, and talking headpieces.

Key Details:
Workload: At least 2 property videos per week (with potential to grow as demand increases). Each property video would also need to include a shorted-down social media version of the main video (as can be found in the Vimeo and Instagram accounts)
Turnaround Time: Videos must be delivered within 24 hours after receiving files.
Software: Must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Start Date: Work will pick up in January 2025, but we are hiring ahead of time.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in editing real estate videos is preferred, but not required.
A strong portfolio showcasing your work (real estate or similar industries preferred).
Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency in editing style.
Reliable internet connection and the ability to deliver projects on time.

Flexibility and Expectations:
I am not concerned about the number of hours you work per week. If you can complete the work in less time than expected, that’s perfectly fine. I typically find that editing these videos takes less than 3 hours per property, and sometimes as little as 1.5 hours. The most important thing is that the videos are edited to a high standard and returned within the 24-hour turnaround period.
