Real Estate Appraisal Data Analyst

As a Real Estate Appraisal Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include diving into data, conducting thorough research, and helping to create high-quality appraisal reports. Your work will be essential in achieving our mission of providing the finest appraisal services in the industry.

Position Type: Part-time transitioning to Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Team up with our experienced Real Estate Appraisers to prepare and develop detailed commercial and residential appraisal reports.
- Conduct thorough research, gathering and analyzing market data to support our appraisal services.
- Perform precise data entry and analysis to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in developing and refining comprehensive appraisal reports.
- Keep all appraisal documents and data well-organized.
- Collaborate with the appraisal team to ensure timely, high-quality report delivery.

Requirements:
- Must have experience in real estate appraisal, preferably in the market area of TX, USA. (At least 1-2 years)
- Proven experience in residential and commercial real estate appraisal; commercial experience is a plus!
- Excellent data entry and data analysis skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Solid research capabilities and report writing expertise.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with appraisal software and tools is a plus.

$5- $10 / hr depends on experience.
