Seeking a VA for Wordpress, GMAIL, Google Analytics, Leadpages, Leadboxes, Salesbacker, Mail Chimp

Wordpress: No Wordpress programming required, only require Wordpress set-up. VA will use existing, well known, Wordpress supported widgets to accomplish stated goals. Our new VA will set-up 5 websites (all using the same template). The VA will access various hosting sites to set-up hosting, DNS, etc…

Site 1 (BL***.com) – Shopping cart, physical products, inventory linkage to Amazon FBA and Ebay, About Us page, Contact Us page, embedded Leadboxes to capture email addresses.

Site 2 (PMB***.com) – Shopping cart, physical products, inventory linkage to Amazon FBA and Ebay, About Us page, Contact Us page, embedded Leadboxes to capture email addresses.

Site 3 (TW***.com) – Amazon “A” Store Affiliate widget, RSS feeds, and blog page with provided content, product catalog with re-direction to QDL***.com, and Leadboxes embedded to capture email addresses.

Site 4 (QDL***.com) - Shopping Cart for digital downloads and physical products with linkage to Amazon inventory levels and fulfilment by Amazon (FBA). Blog material to be provided and RSS feeds embedded. Leadpages and Leadboxes to capture email addresses.

Site 5 (QDN***.com) – Company web site with basic contact information and linkage to various company brand sites.

Although we are using the same template for all five sites, the VA will install and set up various widgets to accommodate and satisfy different needs and functions.

GMAIL: Our VA will create and link specific email addresses related to each web site all back to one GMAIL account. The VA will monitor all email and notify the team when responses are required. Our VA will eventually manage all email responses.

Google Analytics: Our VA will set up all sites to be tracked with google analytics.

Salesbacker: Our VA will set up various email responder campaigns using Salesbacker. VA will check Amazon Seller Central daily and verify feedback and reviews are maintained and notify team as necessary.

Leadpages & Leadboxes: Our VA will create leadpages and leadboxes that will appear to potential customers when they are actively visiting above web sites. Our VA will also create Leadboxes that are linked to social media contests. The purpose of the Leadpages and Leadboxes is to capture names and email addresses.

Mail Chimp: Our VA will connect our Leadpages to Mailchimp accounts and create lists in Mail Chimp based on the traffic driven from various Leadpages and Leadboxes. Our VA will drive traffic to the Web site listings and Amazon listings using the email lists created by above methods.
