Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Paid Ads Manager to optimize and manage our Meta ad campaigns, with potential future opportunities to manage Google Ads. This role will start as part-time (based on current ad volume), with the opportunity to transition to full-time as ad performance improves.
We’re also looking for candidates with expertise in the CRM platform Go High Level—if you have experience with this software, we’d love to know!
Pay

What You’ll Do:
Develop, optimize, and manage Meta ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with our team to align campaigns with business goals.
Provide performance reports and actionable insights.
(Future Potential) Manage Google AdWords campaigns as we expand ad efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing paid ads on Meta
Strong track record of improving ad performance and lead generation.
Familiarity with audience targeting, creative optimization, and ad analytics.
Experience with Go High Level CRM is a major plus.
