About Us:
Care2Clean is a reputable cleaning company based in Vancouver, BC, providing top-quality residential and commercial cleaning services. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative who specializes in selling cleaning services to help us expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new residential and commercial clients.
Identify potential leads and convert them into long-term customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Effectively communicate the value of Care2Clean’s services and customize solutions to meet client needs.
Collaborate with the team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress and strategies.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning services industry.
Strong understanding of residential and commercial cleaning service needs.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written).
Ability to work independently and develop creative sales approaches.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Compensation:

$5 per hour base pay.
Attractive incentives and commission structure based on performance.
