Marketing Manager

Hi!

We are a dropshipping company based in the Netherlands, primarily catering to customers in Italy, and we’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and oversee our marketing team and daily operations. The role requires around 2 hours of work per day, 7 days a week, with a starting salary of $400 per month. We need someone with specific experience in the dropshipping industry to help drive our success.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Team Oversight: Manage a team of 1 product researcher/product creative maker, 2 media buyers, 1 AI creative maker, and 1 product lister.
• Product Creative Approval: Approve daily product creatives and ensure quality standards are met.
• AI Creative Review: Review 5 AI-generated campaigns daily (each with 8 creatives) and filter out the 3 lowest-performing creatives based on training.
• Media Buyer Supervision: Ensure media buyers execute upscaling/downscaling tactics correctly and upload campaigns as scheduled.
• Product Selection: Choose 5 high-potential products from a list of 10 provided daily by the product researcher and forward them to the product lister.
• Daily Reporting: Communicate daily task progress and updates to the CEO.

Requirements:
• Dropshipping Expertise: Proven experience in managing marketing strategies for dropshipping businesses.
• Leadership Experience: Ability to manage and lead a marketing team effectively.
• Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with creative content evaluation, product research, and scaling strategies.
• Training Commitment: Willingness to learn company-specific processes and tactics.
• Detail-Oriented and Reliable: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
