We are seeking a Virtual/Personal Assistant to support day-to-day administrative tasks and help streamline operations for an executive. If you are organized, proactive, and tech-savvy, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
Create professional PowerPoint presentations.
Utilize Excel for data management and reporting.
Communicate on behalf of the executive, including rescheduling or postponing meetings via phone.
Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to make phone calls professionally on behalf of the executive.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Must be able to start immediately.
