What You'll Do:

Edit long-form podcast episodes into engaging, visually appealing videos that capture and maintain viewer interest.
Add transitions, text overlays, graphics, and light sound design to enhance the content.
Collaborate closely with our team to ensure videos align with the podcast’s vision and professional aesthetic.
Optimize videos for YouTube with thumbnails, timestamps, and attention to pacing.
Deliver polished videos ready for upload.
What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to tell a compelling story visually.
Experience editing long-form content, preferably in the business or podcasting niche.
Ability to meet deadlines consistently and maintain high-quality output.
A passion for storytelling and an interest in business and entrepreneurship topics is a plus!
Compensation:

$20 per episode, with opportunities for increased pay as the channel grows and expands.
