Job Title:
Location: Remote (Philippines)

Position Overview:
Kimberly Crowe’s business is growing, and we’re looking for three Client Engagement Specialists to join her dynamic team! This role involves directly engaging with potential clients via Zoom, understanding their needs, and recommending the right programs and opportunities from Kimberly’s suite of offerings. You’ll act as a friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact to help clients feel welcomed, heard, and confident in taking their next steps.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one client calls via Zoom to answer inquiries and provide personalized program recommendations.
Understand and communicate the details of Kimberly’s programs (e.g., Speakers Playhouse, Keynoting Kamp, Podapalooza, etc.).
Use a consultative approach to assess client needs and align them with the most suitable offerings.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM tools.
Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and encourage enrollment.
Collaborate with Kimberly’s team to share insights about client needs and preferences.

Qualifications:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Comfortable and confident conducting video calls on Zoom.
Friendly and professional demeanor with a natural ability to build rapport.
Strong understanding of sales or consultative approaches to client interactions.
Experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles (preferred).
Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for video calls.

Work Schedule:
Full time work, flexible hours with availability during overlapping business hours in Pacific Time.

Compensation and Benefits:
$250-$350 per month. Bonuses are available for successful candidates.
We pay twice a month on the 1st and the 15th, via PayPal. We pay the 13th month bonus in December.
