Web Site Built

I need my website built from start to finish. All my files are loaded up on www.MediaFire.com ready for the right techie to do site.
I have a static home page with several lines of writing, then five products. Each product has a graphic I have provided. I will provide sample of buy now button but you can create one similar. There will also be a guarantee button to be displayed, I have one for you to copy. At bottom of page I would like privacy button, about me button, contact me button, FAQ page, plus pinterest and facebook buttons (all linked of course). I have an example website for you to look at with regards to colour scheme. Please copy closely. I believe it is standard to link at bottom of each page to privacy again.

When you click on buy now button, it will take you to an upsell page. On this page there is a video, 1 minute long. After video, customer decides whether they wish to upsell or not. No and Yes buttons are required. Each page will go to corresponding payment gateway. I have formally used clickbank for a payment gateway but am open to suggestions if you know of a cheaper option that will run smoothly. There is a graphic to add to upsell page, showing upsell package.

You will need to create download pages for each of the five products, 4 single products and the one upsell full package. Then a thank you page after purchase.

It is easy to forget things. The end result will be that my entire site is fully functional and all inks working properly. I do not care what kind of site you create - using Dreamweaver, word press blog, however would you please do whatever would be easiest for me to come in and do small changes when necessary?

It would be great if I could hire someone for a week to work on this project as perhaps if this is complete in good time, we could work on a blog that I started and got stuck on? That one is word press. Just a thought.
