About the Role:

As an HR Officer , you will be instrumental in shaping and executing HR strategies that promote a positive workplace culture. You will oversee employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and ensure compliance with local HR regulations, all while delivering effective solutions to meet the needs of our growing business.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position include but are not limited to:

• Conduct analyses to determine staffing numbers, skills and needs to meet the organisation's objectives
• Analyse the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop job descriptions and duty statements
• Advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, give selection tests, prepare reports and make recommendations to management about staff appointments
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment from sourcing up to on-boarding
• Maintain the personal records of employees on matters such leave and training, and prepare associated management reports
• Arrange for and conduct staff training
• Use a few management information systems to record, maintain, plan and manage the organisation's human resources
• Provide advice and information to management and employees on personnel policies and procedures, including equal opportunity
• Advise employees on work matters, career development, personal problems and organise employee welfare services
• Maintain personnel records tracking employment history, promotions, transfers, salaries, and training
• Take part in strategic management.

- Amenable to work 9AM- 1PM Philippine time
