JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented and proactive Social Media Manager/Assistant to support our growing comedy, lifestyle, beauty, and advocacy brand. As a content creator with a large online presence, we need someone organised, creative, and social-media savvy to help us manage day-to-day operations, engage our audience, and deliver content that feels fresh, authentic, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, schedule, and upload content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Research and monitor social media trends, sounds, and formats to keep our content relevant.
• Assist in managing DMs and comments, fostering strong community engagement.
• Support with influencer and brand outreach, including collab coordination.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
• Create captions, basic graphics, and light edits (Canva/CapCut).
• Track analytics and compile weekly performance reports.
• Provide general admin support (emails, reminders, scheduling).

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a social media assistant, content manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube best practices.
• Creative thinker with an eye for hooks, captions, and storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive with deadlines.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools preferred.
• Bonus: Experience with influencer/brand outreach or trend research.

Work Schedule and Compensation:
• Hours: 20–30 hours per week, with potential to grow.
• Location: Remote (must have reliable internet; some overlap with UK hours preferred).
• Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (please include your expected monthly rate in your application).
