Job Description: Full-Time Virtual Assistant (Content Curation, HubSpot, Inbox Management)

Location: Remote (Philippines)Job Type: Full-Time (Flexible hours)Hourly Rate: $5–$7 per hour (based on experience)

Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Full-Time Virtual Assistant with over 5 years of experience to curate relevant content, manage HubSpot, handle inbox management, and book meetings for our clients. This is a remote role with flexible hours, ideal for a highly skilled individual looking for full-time work in content curation, client communication, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HubSpot and the ability to research and source engaging, industry-relevant content.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Curation:

Research & Sourcing: Find and curate relevant and innovative content such as videos, articles, and blog posts that align with the client’s industry.

Content Scheduling: Assist in scheduling and posting content in coordination with the client or marketing team.

Trends & Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends and innovations in the industry, sharing valuable insights through curated content.

HubSpot, Inbox Management & Meeting Scheduling:

HubSpot Management: Manage client HubSpot accounts, ensuring all contacts, leads, and tasks are updated and organized.

Inbox Management: Monitor and manage emails, ensuring timely responses, organization, and follow-ups.

Meeting Booking: Schedule and coordinate meetings, sending calendar invites and follow-up reminders as needed.

Administrative Support:

Task Management: Use tools like Google Sheets, Trello, or Asana to manage and track tasks.

Reporting: Provide weekly reports summarizing activities, engagement metrics, and noteworthy interactions or leads.

Collaboration: Communicate regularly with the client or supervisor to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.

Requirements:

Experience: Over 5 years of experience in virtual assistance, content curation, or a related field.

Proficiency with HubSpot: Strong knowledge of HubSpot management and organization.

Content Curation: Ability to find, research, and share relevant content based on the client’s interests and industry trends.

Inbox Management: Proven experience in managing inboxes, organizing emails, and responding professionally.

Meeting Scheduling: Ability to manage calendars and coordinate meetings efficiently.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Sheets/Docs, Trello/Asana, and basic graphic tools (Canva is a plus).

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks.

Availability: Must be able to work a consistent full-time schedule, with flexibility for daily tasks as per the client's needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Lead Generation: Familiarity with lead generation tools and strategies.

Basic Graphic Design Skills: Experience with design tools like Canva to create simple visuals for posts.

Analytical Skills: Ability to track engagement and make recommendations based on content performance.

Proactive Mindset: Ability to suggest new strategies or improvements to existing processes.
