What the role entails?

Think of yourself as an awesome personal secretary working virtually from your preferred location — the couch, the café down the block, the gym, just about wherever.

You will also get to pick and choose the tasks that you’ll be working on.

Love weddings? Get the chance to help someone else plan their dream wedding. Love to travel? Use your travel knowledge and help plan a trip itinerary for someone else. The tasks are all varied and fun!

Our team is diverse. You could be a stay-at-home mother or a university student with extra time to spare that wishes to earn extra money. As long as you think you are a really amazing person, you are welcome to apply!

Ideally, you should have:

- good spoken and written English
- superior communication and interpersonal skills
- telephone manners and manners in general!
- proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- proficient with Google Docs and Google Calendar
- excellent internet research and navigation skills
- strong organisational and planning abilities
- urgency to meet deliverables in a timely manner
- high speed internet connection!
