What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in Customer Service.
Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and effective.
Experience with Dropshipping
Availability to work 6-7 days a week
Hardworking, dedicated, and a team player.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills.
Familiarity with Gmail and Shopify as a Customer Service tool.
Friendly, approachable, and skilled in resolving customer concerns.
Proficient in Excel and data management.
