Customer Service Agent

Hi there,

For our rapidly growing e-commerce/dropshipping company, we are hiring for an customer service employee.

We are looking for a long-term relationship and you will be joining a young team.

Core requirements:
- Experience with customer service
- Quick and clear communication
- Keep to agreements
- Can handle stress well
- Available at least 6 days a week (preferably also on Sunday)

With these requirements you have an advantage:
- Experience with customer service in dropshipping
- Experience with HelpScout and Shopify
- Communication with supplier

You will be the face of the company as you will be in direct contact with our customers and try to keep them all satisfied and minimize the refunds and such.
