Podcast Editor and VA

I’m looking for an experienced Podcast Editor and VA to join my team and help me streamline my online business operations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in podcast production and funnel management.

The number of hours and pay for this role may increase as we work together.

Responsibilities include:
- Edit and publish podcast episodes using Riverside and Buzzsprout.
- Upload weekly podcast replays to Kajabi.
- Prepare weekly emails with accurate links
- Update and maintain monthly webinar funnels in Go High Level.

Future projects may include creating landing pages and workflows as needed.

Requirements:
- Experience with podcast editing tools and platforms (e.g., Riverside, Buzzsprout or other editing software).
- Familiarity with Kajabi, Zoom, Go High Level and Convertkit
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable and able to meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of email marketing and funnel building.

Must be available for 2 meetings a month in PST business hours (LA time), sometime between 9-2pm.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
- Experience creating landing pages and setting up workflows in Go High Level and Kajabi
