Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant skilled in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop to assist with:

File Delivery: Ensuring edited media is promptly and correctly delivered to clients.
Quality Control: Reviewing all deliverables to meet our high standards of quality and accuracy.
Photo & Video Editing: Enhancing images and videos to create polished, professional content.
Administrative Tasks: Managing schedules, responding to client requests, and organizing project files.
This is a remote, permanent position with room to grow as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit real estate photos and videos using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere to ensure they align with brand standards.
Perform quality control checks to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations.
Deliver final media files to clients via appropriate platforms in a timely manner.
Respond to client requests for changes, updates, or additional services with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling, project organization, and file management.
Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth workflows and improve processes.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop (required).
Strong eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Previous experience in photo and video editing, preferably in real estate or marketing.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and access to required editing software.
