Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced meta ads manager to join our team. As a meta ads manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across meta platforms, including
The ideal candidate is proactive and analytical and deeply understands how to create compelling ad creatives, manage multiple campaigns, and adjust strategy in real-time to achieve performance goals. This is a remote position open to candidates in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning: Design, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms
Ad Creation: Develop engaging ad creatives, including copywriting and selecting images, videos, or other media. Collaborate with the creative team as needed.
Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences to improve campaign targeting and increase ROI.
Campaign Monitoring & Optimization: Track key performance metrics (KPIs) like CTR, CPM, CPC, and ROAS. Make data-driven adjustments to campaigns for continuous improvement.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, and campaign settings to improve performance.
Reporting & Analytics: Analyze campaign performance and present regular reports to management with actionable insights.
Budget Management: Ensure campaigns stay within the assigned budget and optimize for cost-efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay Current: Keep up with Meta's latest advertising updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2+ years experience managing Meta
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
Creativity: Experience in developing ad creatives, including knowledge of design principles for images, video, and text-based ads.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and implement campaign optimizations. Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, or reporting tools like Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) is a plus.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Remote Work Tools: Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Slack, or ClickUp is a plus.
Time Management: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
