What You’ll Do:
Write Compelling Blog Content: Create informative, engaging, and SEO-optimized blog posts that resonate with real estate investors and their target audience.
Develop Website Copy: Write clear, persuasive copy for real estate investor websites, focusing on both conversion and search engine optimization.
Conduct Industry Research: Stay informed about the latest trends in SEO, real estate, and digital marketing to produce relevant content.
Collaborate with Clients: Work directly with clients to understand their brand voice, audience, and goals, ensuring content aligns with their business vision.
Optimize for SEO: Utilize keyword research and SEO best practices to produce content that ranks well on search engines and attracts the right audience.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Writing Experience: Strong background in writing blog posts, website copy, or marketing materials—ideally with experience in real estate or SEO content.
C2 English Proficiency (Preferred): Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to write at a native level.
SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization.
Creativity & Detail-Oriented: Ability to produce content that is both engaging and accurate, while adhering to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Research Skills: Comfortable researching real estate topics, SEO trends, and industry-specific terminology.
Adaptability: Ability to write in various styles and tones to match different client needs.
Excellent Communication: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback effectively.
