Social Media Sales Specialist (Commision-Based)

We are a dynamic recruitment consulting firm based in Germany, operating fully remotely. Our team is looking for a motivated individual who shares our mission and can contribute to our growth.

What We Offer:

• Commission-based compensation model: Earn between $400 to $2,000 USD per month, depending on performance. While we DO NOT offer a fixed hourly wage, performance may lead to a transition to a fixed salary with variable components based on success.

• Flexible working hours ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week (Your input = Your output).

Your Profile:
• A passion for social media, with experience on platforms such as Facebook.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks effectively.
• Must-have: Excellent English language skills (C2 level).
• Nice to have: Basic Knowledge of Canva.

Your Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential customers on Facebook, responding to comments and encouraging them to use our services.
• If customers have questions, provide explanations through brief video calls (up to 15 minutes).
• Like, comment, and occasionally post content to increase engagement and reach (social media content will be provided by the manager).

Very Important! Compensation Based on Commission:

At our company, we believe in rewarding results, not just time spent. This means that your compensation will be entirely commission-based, and you will earn based on the sales or client engagements you generate. Our compensation model allows you to earn between $400 and $2,000 USD per month, depending on your performance.
This means you will not receive a fixed hourly wage. Instead, your earnings will depend on the number of successful sales or customer sign-ups you facilitate. For each client you bring on board or help engage with our services, you will receive compensation.
However, if you demonstrate impressive performance and achieve strong results in a short period of time, we are open to offering a fixed salary option, with a mix of fixed and variable pay components, to better reflect your efforts and success.
