Remote Construction Estimator & Project Manager (Remote for Florida USA - Based)

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator & Project Manager to join our team remotely. Candidates must have prior experience working with U.S.-based companies (Florida experience preferred) and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time, remote position for candidates based in the Philippines.
Job Overview:
In this role, you will manage project estimations, subcontractor buyouts, material procurement, permit coordination, subcontractor scheduling and communication with key stakeholders. You will play a vital role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for residential and commercial construction projects.
Negotiate and secure subcontractor buyouts within budget, reviewing bids and proposals to ensure value and quality.
Develop material lists and coordinate orders with suppliers for timely delivery to job sites.
Assist in communication between subcontractors and architects, ensuring revisions or as-built updates are properly addressed.
Coordinate with subcontractors, on-site project managers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage and expedite the permitting process to minimize delays, ensuring compliance with all local regulations.
Use CRM tools to document and track communications, milestones, and workflows.
Provide occasional off-hours communication support for urgent project needs or tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in construction estimating and project management roles for U.S.-based companies (Florida experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of construction processes, permitting, and building codes.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; ability to conduct professional phone calls with U.S.-based clients and tea ---------- mbers is required.
Proficiency in project management software and CRM tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage challenges and adapt to project demands.
Reliable internet connection, phone service, and a suitable home office setup for remote work.
Compensation and Schedule:
Monthly salary: $1,600 - $3,000 USD (based on U.S. Florida-specific experience and qualifications).
Full-time position: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
Flexibility for occasional off-hours communication to address emergencies or tight project timelines.
