Creative Ad Designer - Graphic Design

Looking for an experienced creative (static ad) designer - with experience in creating static Facebook ad designs.

If you:
- Are able to translate another brand's design example into our own, while keeping the design's idea but adapting it to our own brand message;
- Are able to understand the underlaying desire of a potential customer and convert this message into a design;
- Know how to use Photoshop/Canva/Midjourney to make great designs;
- Understand that a well performing design doesn't have to be the best looking, as long as it's functional.
- You're not a robot and send me the word 'Banana';
- Able to work 40 hours per week;
