External Audit Assistant Manager

AMW Audit is one of the leading audit-only firms providing audit services to a broad range of enterprises and organisations in Australia. The company is looking for an Assistant Manager who can join immediately.

Compensation:
Basic salary: TBD based on experience
13th month
HMO allowance
KPI Bonus

Qualifications
1. With bachelor's degree in accountancy
2. CPA
3. Ideally with more than 5 years of External Audit experience.
4. Has good knowledge of Australian external audit practice
5. Amenable to full work from home setup.

Job Description

1. Can lead a team and demonstrate expertise in implementing Australian Financial Reporting Standards in all aspects of audit operations

2. Contribute best practices and share modern audit techniques.

3. Identify area of risk within the client's business and implement the ideal approach towards audit.

4. Proactively build relationships with client for retention, effective customer service and presentation.

5. Lead administrative direction from the manager and implement them systematically across all members of the team.

6. Lead the team in creating a positive environment of sharing, coaching and mentoring to maximize resource materials towards improvement of output and relationship among tea ---------- mbers.

7. Demonstrate expertise in usage of tools such as Xero, Caseware and others.
