Location: Remote (Available 10 AM - 4 PM CST)

We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our team and serve as the vital link between our clients and the creative team, ensuring seamless communication, project delivery, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open and clear communication via email, Basecamp, and Zoom.
Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals, needs, and expectations.
Project Coordination:

Translate client needs into actionable tasks and assign them to the creative team using Asana.
Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and quality results.
Proactively address bottlenecks, escalating issues to the Operations Manager and leadership team when necessary.
Content Creation & Distribution:

Post on behalf of clients on Instagram, ensuring alignment with their brand identity and strategy.
Create and send newsletters for both the agency and clients via MailerLite.
Collaboration & Liaison:

Serve as the liaison between clients and the creative team, ensuring expectations and deliverables are aligned.
Communicate updates, milestones, and next steps to clients via Basecamp.
Required Skills and Tools Proficiency:

Proficient in Basecamp, Asana, Wix, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Canva, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, self-starter mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

Experience with ChatGPT, Dubsado, Proposify.
Design skills using Canva, Adobe Suite, or other creative tools.
Schedule and Availability:

Remote role requiring availability from 10 AM to 4 PM CST.
Compensation: Competitive and based on experience.
