Social Media Manager & Virtual Assistant

Position Summary:
ProRealty Photos is a growing real estate photography business that delivers high-quality visuals, including photos, videos, and virtual tours, to help realtors sell homes faster. We value creativity, organization, and collaboration, and we’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who shares our passion for excellence and growth. This role will start as part-time with opportunities to grow in both job responsibility and hours as the company and your proficiency expands.

We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager & Virtual Assistant to help us manage and grow our online presence, generate leads, and streamline daily operations. This role is key to driving client acquisition through social media, fostering client relationships, and assisting with photo delivery and quality control tasks as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management & Lead Generation:
• Create, schedule, and post engaging and visually appealing content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Use strategic captions, hashtags, and creative ideas tailored to the real estate industry.
• Comment on posts from followers and potential clients to build rapport and relationships.
• Use Instagram DM outreach methods to connect with and acquire new clients.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly to build community engagement.
Content Creation & Optimization:
• Use tools like Canva or Adobe Suite to design posts using company-provided images and videos.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Administrative Support:
• Assist with quality control and photo delivery once images are returned from editors.
• Handle client retouch requests throughout the day, ensuring needs are met promptly.
• Manage client communication through email and phone calls as needed.
• Maintain an organized database of leads and clients generated through social media.

What We’re Looking For:
• Social Media Expertise: Proven experience in social media management, especially on Instagram, with a focus on engagement and lead generation.
• Positive Attitude: A friendly, professional demeanor to represent ProRealty Photos in interactions with clients and followers.
• Flexibility & Adaptability: Ability to take on a variety of tasks and adapt to the evolving needs of the company.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent English written and verbal skills for crafting captions, engaging with followers, and managing client inquiries.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media tools (Later, google workspace), graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite), and familiarity with scheduling posts.
• Time Zone Availability: Willingness to work during Central Time (7 a.m. to 3 p.m. CT) to align with our client base.
• Reliable Internet: A stable internet connection (please provide a screenshot of a speed test).
