Job Opportunity: Virtual Assistant with WordPress Expertise

We are a roofing company based in Western Massachusetts, offering a range of services including roofing, construction, junk removal, power washing, painting, car hauling, repairs, and property management. Our entire ecosystem is built on WordPress, and we are looking for a Virtual Assistant who is passionate and highly skilled in WordPress.

Job Responsibilities:

Utilize tools and automations to help us scale content and grow our marketing efforts.
Set up and manage Tawk.to (chatbot),
FluentCRM (email marketing),
SEO Generator (landing page builder),
TidyCal (scheduling), and SEOPress (SEO optimization).

Review and add images to the content produced by our MAKE (Integromat) automation, then publish it on our sites.

You do not need to develop the automation.

Customize pre-written social media posts using Content Studio and add the blog link of the day.

Integrate and set up our social media platforms (Facebook, Nextdoor, Instagram).
Perform SEO optimization for all services.

Create one landing page per week using SEO Generator, with commission-based pay of $5 per sale for each landing page created.

Interact briefly with social media each day.
Requirements:

Expertise in WordPress.
Familiarity with FluentCRM, SEO Generator, TidyCal, SEOPress, and Tawk.to.
Strong on-page and off-page SEO skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Available to work 5 hours per day, flexible between 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
Compensation:

$30 per day for 5 hours of work.
Additional commission of $5 per sale for each landing page created.
What to Expect:

The first week will involve getting familiar with the tools and workflow.
FluentCRM is almost ready and just needs a little more customization.
You will not be walking into a blank canvas but will be required to help build out our system.
Ongoing support from Calvin and Donny.
An easy-going workspace with great tools and support.
