Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative at CB Cleaning Solutions, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through cold calls and email campaigns to drive sales and build lasting relationships. Your goal will be to introduce our premium cleaning services to new customers, highlight the benefits of our offerings, and schedule consultations or bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily cold calls to potential clients (residential and commercial).
Craft and send persuasive cold emails to prospective leads.
Effectively introduce and promote CB Cleaning Solutions' services.
Qualify leads based on their cleaning needs and interest.
Set up appointments for consultations or service bookings.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales.
Maintain and update CRM with lead information, calls, emails, and results.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (cold calling/emailing).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Strong persuasion skills and an ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.
Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-up skills.
Experience with CRM tools or willingness to learn.
Experience in the cleaning or home services industry is a plus but not required.
