JOB OVERVIEW

DEPARTMENT: Project Coordination / Customer Support / Team Leader


REPORTS TO: CEO


WORK HOURS, FULLTIME: 9:00 AM EST. - 5:30 PM EST.


STARTING SALARY: $1,200 / Month


POTENTIAL SALARY: $1,500-$2,000 / Month after training and upon proving work ethic to the team


OVERVIEW OF THREE PALMS MEDIA
We are a real estate media business called Three Palms ---------- take photos and videos of properties for our clients (real estate agents). We are a growing company looking for a key tea ---------- mber to join our virtual team in Philippines and become a leader/manager.
We LOVE our team and focus on a work environment that is always in alignment with our company values. Kindness, work ethic, positivity, and team work.
We are a husband and wife team, with 8 photographers and 1 USA admin. We have a team of 3 current VA's who we love. We are looking for someone with extreme experience to help build out our operations and grow our team and become a leader.

SUMMARY of
Manage, review for quality, upload, and retouch photos and video on a daily basis. Follow up with clients on project status and consult them on how to download their media. Maintain communication with clients and answer customer inquiries via text and calls. Book & manage projects on behalf of customers.
Grow into a position of managing our Project Coordination team and Operations.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Improve business operations and strategies for overall efficiency !
Project Management
Ensure al projects are sent out before 12 PM EST
Quality Control Lead for Deliverables (Photos, Videos, Tours)
Book projects inside of our booking portal, via phone and email
Customer Support
Answer Incoming phone calls & text messages as needed (we have a full time admin)
Answer incoming emails from the support inbox
Call/Email/Text clients about project status when needed
Customer Success (Answer questions, help clients, etc.)

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Desire to grow and become a part of an awesome growing team
Excellent English speaking and written.
Ability to take on several tasks at once.
Extreme attention to detail.
Ability to speak with clients on the phone with confidence.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software fluency.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Slack.
Preferred proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Proficient with Google G Suite and word processing software.
Fast learner and willing to learn
Preferred experience in leading a team and management
