Background and objectives
Our company offers e-learning services to oil and gas companies and mentors young petroleum workers in drilling service.
Our customers are: independent candidates interested in learning petroleum operations; candidates registered by oil and gas or maritime firms; anybody.
How they learn? Candidates purchase our certified, animated modules. Receive login password from us to use for 1 month study (can be extended in rare situations). Have options to sit for exams (for additional fee) after 1 month studying the modules. If candidate scores up to 70%, we issue a beautiful certificate for the module passed. No certificate if candidate scores less than 70%. Other option is to ask for mentoring in addition for a fee. All these activities can be done from candidates home remote learning but candidates must have internet and email to login to learn the modules.
Our problem: Our sales declined drastically.
Our Need: We need urgently to revive it to at least 100 purchases a month.
We need a couple of experienced lead generators, business development and project experts to take up the challenge to meet this target. Such experts are to generate leads globally by contacting however they can Training decision makers in petroleum firms and individual candidates to purchase our modules and mentoring services. Such leads must be driven till purchases are made or contracts and retainerships given to us. So this can be a long project!
Key deliverables:
Develop leads and drive them to purchases of modules (give weekly update of progress to us by email)
Generate training contracts including training retainerships for our elearning modules through contacts with training decision makers in petroleum firms globally (need weekly update of progress by email)
Consider if driving traffic to our website (we are willing to re-do website to suit this if convinced absolutely necessary) is a cost-effective solution.
We need freelance experts who want to share our success. You must be ambitious, eager to earn up to 1000 USD a month by meeting our sales target of 100 purchases a month. We pay you 10 USD for every successful purchase which should include convincing candidates to sit for the exams to earn certificates.
We are willing to give more to motivate top top performers (up to 10% commission for any retainership contracts and huge purchases).
This project can last long. A team can take this up provided they meet our target sales.
