JOB OVERVIEW

Filter all unanswered calls to Katys mobile and push through any important notifications to Katy
Manage social media - messages and updates filter out important messages.

Manage Deal Packaging enquiries as per script - take initial calls and take details of enquiries and pass them onto me. Estimated 1 per month
Manage single let tenant enquiries (potential issues) and liaise with Katy's team to get problems solved - Keep katy updated. Estimated 1 per month
Manage serviced accommodation enquiries (potential issues) and liaise with Katy's team to get problems solved - Keep katy updated. Estimated 1 per week
Respond to emails on priority list - create a list of VIP's and types
Take messages as per priority list - create a list of VIP's and types
Manage diary and arrange for viewings with any properties saved on right move- to be added on a daily basis
Once a month call list of corporate clients and discuss accommodation needs for their employees - Katy provide details of contacts and scripts
Admin tasks - Single buy to let admin (list to be provided) e.g manage inspections for gas and electrics and tenant reviews, check rent has gone into bank and chase tenants if not gone in.
Add contacts to CRM and manage CRM - KW to send business cards through
DP co ordinate monthly leaflet drops - order leaflets and arrange for them to be distributed with Katy's leaflet distributer
Co ordinate monthly newspaper ads - ensure always live advert
Co ordinate monthly SEO and referral schemes online - liaise with Katy's SEO team and ensure regular SEO is being managed.
Make vendor appointments - list to be sent from Katy 1 per month
