Responsibilities:
-Shop existing client calls and lead processing using Intake Accelerator Quality Control
Scorecards in Airtable.
-Audit unassociated calls for each law firm each week (listen to 40-60 calls per week for
each law firm) using CallRail and Lead Docket.
-Assist with data mining tasks such as: entering missing leads, updating case types, and
updating phases/statuses between Lead Docket and Case Management System.
-Assist with intake audit preliminary research: geographic i
personal accounts, and
-Assisting with administrative tasks such as updating forms, formatting, proofreading
client deliverables, etc.
-Maintain law firm records with audited results for unassociated calls and interactions with
potential clients for intake coach performance plans.
-Listen to recorded calls of completed audits for potential IA clients to submit customer
service scorecards.
