c) Technology solution to underpin model proposed
d) Logistics and delivery solution
e) Commercial Aspects
i) Margin analysis and Pricing strategy
ii) Capital requirements – project financing with break-even analysis (reliable business plan needed for going to the banks and to investors for funds)
iii) Accounting strategy etc.
f) Sales and Market strategy

h) Other cool concepts/ideas not captured by us but deriving from professional’s experience working on other projects.
2) The experts should search and source reputable solar engineering firms with business model of partnering with private forms to fund the design and building of such solar minigrids for commercial purposes. The firms should be approached and show willingness to enter into a partnership with our company to do the project. This should form part of the report.
To decide who gets the project, we need your profile and evidence of having done similar projects; evidence of having worked with solar firms who can take up such projects.
Note: Some solar firms are doing similar projects in Northern Nigeria.
