Technical Support Coordinator

Qualification:

At least 2 years of working experience
Experience in ZenDesk is a plus
Must have had experience previously specifically with tech support for a US / Europe-based company
Comfortable taking synchronous phone calls and live support requests
Able to work PST hours (9 am - 5 pm Pacific Standard Time)
Must have their own device/laptop/computer and a conducive work environment
