Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative Part-Time Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist to work with our team on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about design and has experience crafting compelling content for social media platforms. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to shape how Solar Works Energy engages with our audience online.

Responsibilities:
• Design eye-catching graphics for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create engaging visual content for social media campaigns, ads, stories, and reels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and aesthetics across all platforms.
• Edit and optimize graphics and videos for digital use.
• Provide innovative ideas for increasing engagement and follower growth.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in graphic design and social media content creation (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or other design platforms.
• Experience creating and managing content for social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with solar, energy, or home improvement industries is a plus but not required.
