We are looking for applicants with the ff:


Ø Tone should be sounding accommodating and energetic

Ø Has the ability to communicate in English with very minimal grammatical mistake

Ø Assertive - has the ability to express thoughts and feelings in an appropriate way

Ø Has the ability to empathize and build rapport

Ø Has sufficient knowledge and skill in using a computer

Ø Has the ability to perform more than one task, or activity, over a short period of time

Ø Has at least one year of BPO, sales/CS experience (US market)
