As part of our growing team, you’ll play a key role in connecting potential clients with our programs and making an impact on their fitness journey.

Availability
1pm to 7pm - Monday to Saturday

What You’ll Do

Engage with leads on Instagram and Facebook ---------- using provided scripts.
Qualify leads and understand their fitness goals and pain points.
Book 4-5 qualified calls per day, 5 days a week, with our sales team.
Track and manage leads using our systems (e.g., Google Sheets, CRM).
Follow up with leads who have expressed interest but haven’t booked a call.
Report daily progress and performance metrics to the team.

What We’re Looking For

Fluent English: Excellent written communication skills are essential.
Experience: Prior experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service is preferred.
Proactivity: Ability to engage leads confidently and keep conversations flowing naturally.
Results-Oriented: Committed to achieving and exceeding call booking targets.
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow scripts accurately.
Familiarity with Fitness: A bonus if you understand or are passionate about the fitness industry!
