Creative Strategist - Extreme experience with Beauty brands and Creators research

We are searching for an EXPERIENCED Creative strategist for our Beauty Brand (only real and proven experience with real results to be demostrate) .

The person must cover the following roles (and more):

- understanding the customer persona
- research of the target, pain points, desires through various online processes (reddit, reviews etc)
- writing performing scripts for meta ads
- Research and Be in contact with in-target creators and making sure they deliver the right requested videos
- be in contact with the video editor and setting deadlines

and more to be discussed.

We accept people with experience only, the candidate must prove that they brought results in previous cooperations within the beauty industry.
