Hey there! Thanks for your interest in Karmo Growth ( ---------- ), I'm Riyaz the founder and I'm building out an international team that can help me grow the company. We're based here in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and hope to work with clients all across North America.

What I'm Looking For
I am currently looking to do a virtual assistant that can help me with some standard tasks. Over time, I will be teach you and share more responsibility, but it will start slowly. This work will include everything from data entry, reporting, digital marketing, and more.

I am looking for someone with several years of experience, that has strong attention to detail, can things done efficiently, is a strong communicator, and can learn new skills along the way.

Goals for the Company
I am hoping to build out Karmo Growth into a full fledged marketing machine and send you more and more projects over time with the eventual goal of bringing you on full time, but at the ---------- nt, I am just starting things off and will send you projects on and off. Karmo Growth is a sales and marketing firm helping engineering services with their marketing.

Compensation & Hours
To start, work will be flexible based on the hours that work for you (gig style). Later on, I hope to bring you on full time to work with me consistently, I would like to touch base daily - this could happen in the morning, afternoon, or evening - we'll figure this out later, but that is the plan!

Payment is hourly ($325 php/hour) and will be sent twice a month via Wise (on the 1st and 16th for work done the previous half month). Time tracking software will be used.
