Part-Time SEO Article Writer/Blogger (NO Ai*)

I'm currently looking for a Part-Time Blogger/Writer for 8 hours a week to write up 1-2 articles per week getting started. This could also blossom more in the future if all goes well.


My branding is Manifesting Serenity, which surrounds travel, sustainability, and wellness. If those align with your interests and values, that's even better! Typically, our brand's voice style is uplifting, positive, fun-loving and quirky! If you enjoy having fun while writing, you may love this position.

*MUST HAVE A TRAVEL ARTICLE AND TRAVEL WRITING EXPERIENCE IN YOUR PORTFOLIO TO APPLY!*
*A 500-WORD WRITING TEST IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION (IT WILL BE UNPAID AND SHORT)* This is to ensure that you'll be able to follow our upgraded strategy, directions, and to see if you can adapt to the voice style.

TASKS:
-Study and note down important Keyword focuses (The keywords and sub keywords will be picked for you - you'll organically place them and highlight them.)
-Understand and Optimize writing to align with SEO focuses
-Have general knowledge of meta descriptions, call-to-actions, subtopics, featured images, alt text images, passive/vs/active language, etc.
-Watching company updates and training videos
-Weekly to monthly tea ---------- etings via video chat with leader(s) of the company
-Actively thinking and implementing more ways of becoming time efficient with batching articles
-Will be writing content that aligns with the values and topics of the company; wellness, travel, sustainability
-Must be good with Google Sheets
-Will keep track of growth, chats, and data
-Needs to have a background and understanding sales (We'll be integrating affiliate links)
-Must have outstanding English writing skills for this position
-You’ll also eventually grow into other forms of blog articles like affiliate marketing product guides, scripting from podcasts, how to’s, basic product insights, guest postings, collaborations, and more!
- A great sense of wanting to learn is incredibly valuable and will be prized in this position.
-Must be good at taking helpful critiques
-Editing, proofreading, writing.
-E-Book writing & digital product writing/creation a plus, but not required
-Complete articles by assigned deadline, failure to meet deadlines will result in termination


SKILLS:
-Timely but in-depth responder
-Active and caring listener
-Productive, results oriented task manager
-Has professional in-depth knowledge of Blogging, writing, copywriting, sales, marketing,
-Exceptional English writing skills (Proficient English preferred)
-Desire to learn and grow
-Proficient understanding and mastering of SEO
-Must be able to be a self-starter & self-sufficient after training is over
-Above and beyond communication
**Efficiently able to write a minimum of 3,000 word minimum articles in 6 hours or less.
**Must type at a sustained speed of 9 WPM or faster

Pay days are on the 1st and 15th of every month.
