We're seeking an experienced Email Infrastructure Architect for a one-time technical build-out of our email sending system. This is strictly a setup project - not ongoing management or productized services - to establish enterprise-grade email infrastructure for our 100,000-subscriber list.

This is a focused infrastructure implementation project covering:

Complete Infrastructure Architecture

- Design and implement scalable sending infrastructure
- Configure and test all technical components
- Document setup and handoff procedures


IP & Domain Configuration

- Dedicated IP procurement and setup
- Full domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Custom IP warming strategy for 100k list


Technical Stack Implementation

- ESP evaluation and selection
- Server configuration and optimization
- Deliverability monitoring setup
- Analytics and tracking infrastructure
