Position: Real Estate Cold Caller
Location: Remote
Compensation: $4-5/hour
Hours: Full-time (40+ hours per week)
Experience: 1 year+ of real estate cold-calling experience
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation
Qualify Leads: Ask targeted questions to assess the lead’s potential, including their motivation, timeline, and property details.
Script Adherence and Personalization
Follow a Script: Maintain consistency by adhering to an established calling script, while adjusting to the lead’s responses and personality.
Communication Skills
Engage with Leads: Actively listen and respond to lead inquiries and concerns professionally and politely.
Performance Tracking
Monitor Call Metrics: Track daily call volume, lead conversions, and appointments to evaluate performance.
Adjust Strategy: Adapt calling strategies based on results to enhance lead generation efforts and conversion rates.
Professionalism
Maintain Professionalism: Conduct every conversation with respect and professionalism, even if the lead is not interested.
