Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Hiring:
• Identify, screen, and recruit candidates for key roles such as Quantity Surveyors and Estimators.
• Leverage understanding of construction estimating (preferred) to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
• HR Operations:
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Talent Development:
• Work closely with leadership to identify workforce needs and create strategies to meet them.
• Support employee training and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in the construction estimating industry is a significant plus.
• Proven success in remote work environments is preferred.
• Skills:
