JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Meta and Google Ad Campaign Manager to join our team on a part-time basis to help drive client success through paid media campaigns.

Role Overview:
As a Part-Time Meta and Google Ad Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google platforms. Your focus will be on generating ROI, achieving client goals, and providing clear, actionable insights through reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.
Implement strategies tailored to client goals, including lead generation, brand awareness, or e-commerce sales.
Performance Optimization:

Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and bid strategies.
Optimize ad placements, budgets, and targeting based on campaign results.
Analytics and Reporting:

Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed, client-ready reports.
Use insights to recommend actionable changes or new strategies.
Client Collaboration:

Work closely with account managers and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals.
Provide feedback on ad creative performance and recommend improvements.
Stay Updated:

Stay informed about the latest Meta and Google Ads trends, tools, and updates.
Proactively suggest innovative approaches to keep campaigns competitive.
Qualifications:

Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
Strong understanding of digital advertising best practices, including audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and ad creative optimization.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication skills for client-facing updates and internal collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Certifications in Google Ads and/or Meta are a plus.
